EPI provides progressive, tailored care solutions to people with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and brain injury. Headquartered in Rochester, NY and with offices in Syracuse and Binghamton, EPI provides comprehensive services in the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, Western and Central New York regions.
Medical Motor Services provides direct transportation services to children, adults, and senior citizens with disabilities® and special needs, arranges transportation using other community providers and offers a vehicle maintenance service to other not-for-profit organizations.
National Multiple Sclerosis Society Upstate New York Chapter provides comprehensive services to families who live with the unpredictable effects of multiple sclerosis through education, information, advocacy, health and wellness activities.
Rochester Hearing and Speech Center identifies, evaluates and provides treatment for anyone of any age with speech, language, or hearing challenges to enable communication for life.
Rochester Rehabilitation achieves its mission of Work, Wellness, Independence, by getting people back to work and fostering active living. It provides an array of vocational, mental health, specialized driver evaluation/training, plus adaptive sports and recreation services for people with disabilities® designed to assist them in achieving vocational goals, independent living, and healthy active lifestyles.
Starbridge partners with people of diverse abilities and their families to achieve success in education, employment, and healthy living.
Elma Borcilo-King joined the Al Sigl Board of Governors in 2022. A frequent event volunteer, she is willing to help wherever needed, and has given generously of her time. Most recently, Elma joined the group of Al Sigl donors who have chosen to make an ongoing monthly contribution via a secure, automatic payment.

Learn MoreAnnie has been a part of the Al Sigl Community for over 60 years. First as a teenager, then as a young adult, she took part in life-skills classes and stayed active by playing wheelchair sports in the gym at our flagship campus on Elmwood Avenue.
Now in her 70s, Annie’s weekdays begin with a smile from Eric, a driver at Medical Motor Service (MMS), as he arrives at her home to bring her to the Day Program at CP Rochester. Even decades later, Annie still loves going to CP Rochester each day to spend time with friends and participate in physical therapy several times a week. Along with attending church with her family, creating art is one of Annie’s favorite activities; during a visit, she will proudly show you one of her paintings, full of colorful brushstrokes, that decorates a hallway in the Hale Building on our Winton Campus.
For Annie, having the ability to access the right Al Sigl Member Agency supports that best fit each new stage of her journey, has allowed her to create a rich, full life of her choosing.
